• Transcript Request Form

1. Go to the official website:Campus Safety & Security Link

2. Click “Get Data for One School.”
   This option lets you look up information for a specific college, university, or technical institution.

3. Type your school’s name in the search bar.

   • Be sure to use the full or official name of the institution (for example, Osceola Technical College).

   • As you type, the system will begin to display matching schools.

4. Select your school from the dropdown list that appears.
   Once selected, click the “Search” button.

5. View the school’s details.
   You’ll be taken to a page showing your institution’s campus safety information, including:

   • Crime and safety statistics (Clery data)

   • Campus location details

   • Contact information for the campus security office
