  • What is C.A.S.E?

The Career and Skills Enrichment (C.A.S.E.) program is a workforce training program offered through Osceola Technical College (oTECH) and the Florida Department of Education (DOE).

It is designed to support adults with disabilities or special needs by providing hands-on, practical training in career pathways such as culinary arts, automotive services and Customer service,  and animal care.

The program emphasizes employability, workplace readiness, and skill development for individuals with lower academic levels.

Through collaboration with Vocational Rehabilitation and other support agencies, C.A.S.E. helps participants build confidence, develop job skills, and prepare for meaningful employment.
